Oh my goodness how lucky for petite you! I feel so petitely bad that they only have petite sizes on the petiternet. Also Alyssa, are your jeans petite? Because if not I do not want to hear it.

This actually is quite a big accomplishment. I’m petite too, and finding things in my size is impossible. Finding clothes that don’t need to be brought in or hemmed is a cause for great celebration.
ps, it isn’t our fault they didn’t just decide to name the size “short”! -

Let’s face it, ‘petite’ conveys a sense of not just being short, but being tiny. I’m short, but have short arms and legs, and frankly, ‘petite’ doesn’t describe the sort of size I need. But, then again, ‘short and dumpy’ would probably not be a real big draw as a description of a size range, hm..? Lemme see… Got it! It could be the ‘Linux range’, for those, who are, essentially, built like penguins.

I don’t find this annoying. There’s nothing wrong with being petite. In sizes it just means “short,” anyhow, as previously stated. She was celebrating good luck, not bragging about being small.
I dunno, I think the poster of the site might need to get a life. Sometimes they’re funny and annoying, but a lot of the time they’re perfectly normal statuses being mocked for no real reason.

YSIA, I do think you misunderstood this. The way I read it, she could NOT get her size online because online they ONLY carry petite sizes. She could NOT buy the coat online because she is NOT petite.
